📦At 413 Print & Press, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days, with custom decorated items requiring 6-10 business days after design approval. (Note: Weekends and holidays are not included.)
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and your location. Orders placed after 4pm CST (Mon–Thurs) or after 12pm CST on Friday will be processed the following business day.
Important Notes:
*Processing time is separate from shipping time.
*Bulk and group orders may have extended processing.
*Once shipping begins, you'll receive tracking details.
*Labels are printed early but shipping starts once processing is complete.
*We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages.
*Please contact us within 2hours of placing your order for shipping changes.
📦 INSURANCE is available and recommended to protect your order. If issues arise, we can reprint your item(s) at a discounted rate—but replacements ship only after the reprint has been paid for.

Nope — there’s no minimum order at all! 🙌 We make it easy and affordable to get exactly what you need. Once you choose your gang sheet size (like 22x60), you can upload your designs using our Gang Sheet Builder and fill it up however you want — at no extra cost.
