Processing Time

All items from 413 Print & Press are custom-made to order.

• Standard processing time: 3–7 business days

• During peak seasons (graduation, holidays, promotions): 5–10 business days

• Processing time does not include shipping time

Once production is complete, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but typically range from 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Custom Orders & Final Sale

All orders are custom and personalized, which means:

• Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed once production has started

• Custom items are final sale

Please double-check all personalization details and shipping information before submitting your order.

Order Protection (Highly Recommended)

Order Protection is an optional service offered at checkout that covers your order if it is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping.

If Order Protection is purchased:

• We will replace your item one time at no additional cost

• Replacement only — no refunds

• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or delivery confirmation

If Order Protection is NOT purchased:

• 413 Print & Press is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession

• Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as Delivered:

• Without Order Protection: responsibility transfers to the customer

• With Order Protection: we will review the claim and may replace the item one time

Incorrect Addresses

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout are not covered by Order Protection.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
