CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for building and reviewing their own gang sheets. We do not resize, arrange, duplicate, edit or correct customer artwork.

Please make sure:

• Every design is the correct size
• All designs are fully inside the builder canvas
• Nothing overlaps unless intentionally arranged that way
• Spelling and image placement are correct
• Backgrounds are removed
• Artwork is clear and high-resolution
• No designs are missing before submitting

WHAT YOU SUBMIT IS WHAT WE PRINT

413 Print & Press does not:

• Build gang sheets for customers
• Resize or reposition artwork
• Remove backgrounds
• Correct spelling
• Improve blurry or pixelated designs
• Duplicate or rotate designs
• Add missing designs
• Make changes after submission

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended
• 300 DPI is recommended
• Do not upload screenshots
• Do not mirror your designs
• Keep all artwork inside the builder’s safe-printing area
• Upload each design at the quality needed for its final printed size

SUBLIMATION INFORMATION

Sublimation transfers work best on white or light-colored polyester garments and sublimation-coated blanks.

• 100% polyester produces the brightest results
• Garments should contain at least 65% polyester
• Sublimation does not print white ink
• White areas will become the color of the item
• Sublimation is not recommended for dark garments
• Sublimation is not recommended for 100% cotton
• Transfers may look dull on paper but become vibrant after pressing

PRESSING GUIDELINES

Recommended starting point for polyester apparel:

• Temperature: 385°F–400°F
• Time: 45–60 seconds
• Pressure: Light to medium

Pressing requirements vary by garment, substrate and heat press. Always perform a test press first.

FINAL-SALE POLICY

All gang sheets are custom printed and are final sale. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing, spelling errors, missing designs, unwanted backgrounds, poor image quality or artwork placed outside the printing area.
