SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING
413 Print & Press (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in, subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). We may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Program confirms your acceptance of those changes.
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages from us through online or application-based subscription forms. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you consent to receive messages including updates, alerts, promotional offers, and other marketing messages (e.g., discounts) to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent via automated technology. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out Instructions
If you wish to stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any mobile message from us. You may receive an additional message confirming your request. This is the only reasonable method for opting out. Texting words other than “STOP” or verbally asking an employee will not constitute a valid opt-out.
For help, reply HELP to any message received or contact us directly. Please ensure your mobile number is up to date, as failure to do so may result in undelivered or misdirected messages.
Program Changes
We may change our sending number at any time. Messages sent to previous numbers may not be received. We are not responsible for honoring such messages.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a valid mobile number and ensure it remains current. Notify us immediately if your number changes.
Liability and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold 413 Print & Press harmless from any legal claims, costs, or damages resulting from your use of the Program or providing a phone number that is not your own. If you change carriers or transfer your number without notifying us, you are responsible for any associated costs or legal issues resulting from messages sent to that number.
If your mobile number is reassigned and results in messages being sent to another individual, you accept responsibility and may be liable for legal or financial damages. This may result in termination of your participation in the Program.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of messages, nor for any errors or reliance on Program content.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the Platform or have the consent of a parent or guardian if between 13 and 17. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are legally permitted to use the service under applicable laws.
