Production time depends on both the type of product and the quantity ordered. Small orders typically take 3–7 business days to design and produce. Larger or bulk orders may require additional production time. Shipping time is added after production. During peak seasons, i.e. (Holidays/Graduation), processing times may be longer, so we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
Yes! Most of our products are customizable. Depending on the item, you may add names, photos, dates, colors, and other personalized details. Custom options will be listed on each product page.
Yes! Many of our products include a digital proof option. If a proof is required, it will be sent to you for approval before production begins. Please review proofs carefully, as approved designs are final.
Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.
We utilize sublimation, screen printing, and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing to ensure high-quality, long-lasting results across our products. Each method is carefully selected based on the material and design to deliver vibrant colors, crisp detail, and durable finishes that hold up over time. In some cases, vinyl may also be used when it is the best option for the design or product.
