All Sales Are Final on Custom Orders
All products sold by 413 Print & Press are custom-made and personalized.
Because items are created specifically for each customer:

All custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE

We do not accept returns or exchanges

We do not offer refunds once production has started
This includes (but is not limited to):

Backdrops

LED frames

Business promotional items
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including:

Colors

School names

Images uploaded

Shipping address
413 Print & Press is not responsible for errors approved at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If Order Protection WAS purchased:

Your item is eligible for one replacement only

No refunds are issued

Claims must be submitted within 48hrs of delivery or delivery confirmation

Proof may be required (photos, tracking information)
If Order Protection was NOT purchased:

Lost packages

Stolen packages
-
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for:

Refunds

Replacements

Order Protection coverage

Exceptions (Rare & At Our Discretion)
In the rare event of a production error made by 413 Print & Press (wrong item, major defect), we may offer:
